01Sleeping & access
- 17+ guests: 14 in beds, plus two single sofa beds and one couch.
- Seven ensuite bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and an outdoor WC.
- An elevator links the lower, ground and first floors; the villa is not specifically designed for wheelchair access.
02Included for your stay
- Welcome basket, light daily housekeeping and pool and garden care twice weekly.
- For stays of six nights or more, towels and linen are changed every four days.
- Three cots, three high chairs, a baby bath, stair gates, toys and children’s tableware are available on request.
03Everyday comforts
- Air-conditioning and heating throughout, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, laundry facilities and seven hair dryers.
- Indoor and outdoor kitchens, gas barbecue, 55-inch and 60-inch smart TVs, home cinema, PS5 and Bluetooth dock.
- Secure on-site parking for up to six cars, including two covered spaces, and four bicycles.
04Good to know
- The indoor pool can be heated to a maximum of 26 °C with prior notice; outdoor pools operate seasonally from late March to mid-November.
- Check-in is from 16:00 to midnight; checkout is by 11:00. Pets are not permitted and smoking is outdoors only.
- Events may be possible by prior arrangement, with additional fees and an event agreement where required.

- Skaleta Beach, tavernas, cafés, a supermarket, an ATM and everyday essentials are around 15 minutes away on foot.
- A bus stop is available in the village; additional shops, a bakery, butcher and pharmacy are about six minutes away by car in Sfakaki and Stavromenos.
- Rethymno’s beaches and sights are within roughly 5 to 20 minutes by car.

A few words, shared by the people who have called Aesthea home for a while.
We stayed with two other families at the end of July at Aesthea Villa in Crete. It was an amazing place with fantastic facilities. We had 5 teenagers and 2 tweens and everyone was extremely happy and entertained with the pool table, cinema room, sauna, gym, ping pong table and large pool. All of the rooms were great with their own bathrooms. We had a fantastic time and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. Valia and Dimitris were always there when we needed them with recommendations, suggestions and if anything needed sorting. I can highly recommend this villa.
